When will my order be shipped out?

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days (1-3 on weekends). Shipping will usually take 2-4 business days, depending on your location and the method you choose. We ship from Southern California so the closer you are, the sooner you’ll receive it!

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What types of payments do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Can I combine coupon codes?

Per company policy, customers cannot combine multiple promo codes together when making purchases online. Only 1 promo code per person is allowed per day.

What is your refund and exchange policy?

Items may only be returned within 7 days of receipt. In order to qualify for a refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and original packaging. If any items appear worn, have stains, have a scent (cigarette smoke, deodorant, etc) or pet hairs will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return. If an item is not returned with all original packaging (missing story card, etc) it will not qualify for a return.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

If an item needs to be replaced due to manufacturer defect, photographic proof will be required.
